摘要：
The paper considers contemporary methods of establishing corruption relations between organized crime leaders and representatives of legislative and executive powers, local government, national security, law enforcement bodies and judicial power in the preparation and holding of elections as well as the preferences that shadow capital gets. The author traces the causes of this negative phenomenon and the trends of its further development and offers measures for fighting corruption that allow to reduce the negative influence of corrupt officials on the issues connected with finance.
