PERCEPTION OF THE WELL-BEING AND OF THE PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH, AND THE EFFICIENCY OF A PROGRAM OF INTERVENTION IN COACHING IN SPORTSMEN OF PERFORMANCE

摘要
The evaluation and intervention of the well-being and of the psychological health of the sportsmen are a motive of interest on the part of the Sport Psychology. The keys of the present work are, on the one hand, to evaluate the well-being (measured with the EBP), and the psychological health (measured with the GHQ-12), and for other one, to study the differences pre and post intervention of a program in coaching on these variables in a sample of 61 adult sportsmen capacity. The results indicate that the sportsmen possess a good perception of wellbeing and a bad psychological health, and that the experimental group (n = 31). The conclusions about the practice of sport of performance can concern positively on the development of the well-being of the sportsmen though in turn it can influence negatively his psychological health, and that when an intervention in coaching contributes improvements in the life of a person, is possible that there is favored his perception of psychological health.
