摘要
A flow-injection redox-potentiometric method for Cr6+ analysis in a chrome-plating electrolyte has been proposed. Optimum operating conditions were: sample volume, 135 mu l; flow rate, 0.8 ml/min; reaction helix length, 330 mm. A 0.1-N Mohr's salt solution, titrated with 0.1-N solution of K2Cr2O7 to 97%, was used as a flow. Cr3+, CU2+, Mn2+ ions taken in a 100-fold excess did not interfere with the analysis. The Fe3+ interferent was removed by adding H3PO4 (85%) to the flow solution in a 3:1 proportion. The Cr6+ concentration could be analyzed within a 10(-4) -10(-1) mole/liter range, with the relative standard deviation not exceeding 0.07.
