摘要：
The case of a 7-year-old girl with therapy-resistant torticollis is reported. The clinical and radiological investigations revealed multiple cervical dysplasia corresponding to a KlippelFeil deformity and a malfunction of both sacroiliac joints. The diagnosis, differential diagnostics and possible therapy options as well as a re-evaluation in cases of unsuccessful therapy will be discussed.
