Peripheral Capitalism And Crisis

The world economic system completely changed after 1980. The national markets turned into open markets and only one global market occurd around the world. Neo-liberal policies started to be applied in every countries. The financial capital became dominant power of the world capitalism. The welfare state collapsed and hegemonic power of the national state diminished over economies. In this process the peripheral capitalism was re-built according to interests of the developed capitalism. In the result of this process, a global crisis occured. The employment reduced around the world; the unemployment and poverty increased. The budget deficients of countries became larger; the production capacities of the economies shrank. In this study the crisis which occured in pheriperal capitalism in this process will be told with concept of the France Regulation Theory.
