摘要
Although the complexity is certain that surrounds to the management meaning. Is not less interesting to try to review its considerations and implications non single from the situation specify that it represents the University in as much institution mobilized on the intellectuality and therefore the administration of the knowledge in terminus of the intense philosophic process, ontological and deontological of search of the truth. Also, with base in the functional structure from which they are tried to order academics processes that jeopardize formation professional, to internal it, and the capacity to help to orientation of national problems that have incidence on the regional and national development, to the external thing. This double institutional condition, emphasizes the particular reason that uses the management (university) every time, like model or guideline of management supported by the personal abilities and the opportunities of the surroundings to reach the greater institutional objectives, it develops in a ambit whose social production occurs in the middle of multiple criteria of effectiveness, many rationalities and different explanatory self-references as is the University.
