摘要
A new family of perovskite related materials with the general composition BaFe0.9Ln0.1O2.59 (Ln = Dy, Ho, Er and Y) has been isolated. The study by X-ray powder and electron diffraction and high-resolution electron microscopy shows these samples to be formed by a simple cubic cell. The anionic vacancy distribution is compared with that observed in high-temperature ABO2.50 oxygen-deficient related perovskite.
