摘要：

This article is devoted to the analysis of the policies and discourses that characterize the new Plurinational State of Bolivia under the government of the Movimiento al Socialismo (MAS) party, regarding their relationship with indigenous peoples and their struggles. It is part of the figure of the margin, understood as the consequence of the policies of the State and the other as a space of autonomy and social resistance. We identified three interrelated dimensions of government measures: cultural, political and economic, which undermine the premises of plurinationality.
