V International Scientific and Practical Conference "Organizational Psychology: people and risks"

The report describes the V International scientific and practical conference "Organizational Psychology: people and risks", held 29-31 May 2014 at the Faculty of Psychology of the National Research Saratov State University N.G. Chernyshevsky. The author notes the increased interest in the conference, not only in Russia but also abroad. The total number of ten sections and a large poster session was attended by over 240 people. 108 researchers made oral presentations. Traditional organizational psychology problems - organizational change, organizational culture, psychology of personnel management, training in organization, and many others - were considered in connection with and in the context of research in the field of health psychology, neuropsychology, psychology of law, pedagogy, cognitive psychology, psychophysiology, physics, philosophy, cultural studies, etc.
