摘要
Basic properties of the quantum dot structure, which represents a normal region created inside the superconducting matter on a subnanometer scale, are predicted. The bound-states of the quasiparticle formed by the superconducting pair potential is calculated under a magnetic field. The spatial dependence of the pair potential and the current density are determined selfconsistently. The bound-state is found to be change dramatically as the number of the magnetic flux quanta changes one by one.
