摘要：
Well oriented Ba-M films have been deposited. An accidental intermediate layer is then formed; it has been studied by CEMS through its evolvement under annealings. The intermediate layer is found to be mainly magnetite, changing into maghemite and then hexaferrite after well-controlled annealings. © 1990.
