摘要
An expanding universe consistent with the inverse square law of Newtonian gravity and coasting in neutral equilibrium implies a gravitational field equation with a uniform time-dependent term on the right-hand side proportional to the average mass density of the universe and linear perturbations which grow rapidly enough to form galaxy-sized density contrasts from thermal fluctuations at decoupling.
