CIVIL PROTECTION IN SPAIN IN CASES OF INTERPARENTAL CHILD ABDUCTION

The interparental child abduction is not one minor social issue, which demands a response from different areas. In particular, from Law, it should be a national and international response, depending on the character of it. And that should translate into the adoption of specific rules that establish effective mechanisms for prevention of these subtractions. Besides, in case of their commission, guaranteeing the return of children with their parent custodian. This article is describing the measures that the Spanish legal system has provided for their avoidance and solution, wherever it might be suitable.
