ICTs in primary teachers' training: teachers' digital "reliteracy"

摘要
In this article the relationships between technological, social and educational changes are analyzed. We also point out the need for a "digital re-literacy" of teachers at all levels as a crucial condition for education in the Society of Information. Although we acknowledge that the technological dimension is necessary, we make clear that it must not be considered the most important one, but rather as a part of the pedagogical dimension in teacher training, or as part of an educational project. Teacher training in ICT should not be focused on providing access to technology and making teachers capable of using it. Teachers should also learn: - How ICT are and should be used in the classroom: Their role and potential in learning (and in education). - How ICT are and should be used in society, by enlarge: Their role and potential in education (and in learning). In line with these two big axes, the recent proposals of the Spanish Ministry of Education for the degreed of Infant and Primary Teaching Training are analyzed.
