摘要：
The article deals with the problem of the effectiveness of the law. The author points to the current lack of reliable means of determining the effectiveness. It is proposed to focus on the development of a model of efficiency of criminal law, including the most optimal process of its creation and implementation of an effective mechanism of realization.
