A 66-year-old patient has uncontrolled type 2 diabetes and polyvascular disease. The pharmacist has a role to play in her global treatment. The goal of treatment for type 2 diabetes is glycemic control and cardiovascular risk prevention. (c) 2017 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
