摘要
Professional guidance constitutes a vital part in young people's preparation towards entering the labor environment. This preparation involves scholar and non-scholar socializing agencies. Among the late, family and peer groups are of vital importance, given their capacity of response before the challenges imposed by the changing contemporary labor environment. This article addresses the role of non-scholar socializing agencies in the professional guidance provided to a group of Senior High school students in Cuba. The research is based on a descriptive study case, carried out using a sociological perspective.
