South-South cooperation in the external agendas of Argentina and Brazil

摘要：
The purpose of this paper is to discuss whether South-South cooperation has a place in the foreign policy agendas of Argentina and Brazil, under the assumption that it could be a useful tool to increase the margins of manoeuvre and autonomy of both countries in the present international system. Considering that local knowledge production is central for the countries of the South, South-South cooperation is defined, described and contextualized within the framework of Latin America's international relations.
