摘要：

The article deals with international rules for interpretation of the Incoterms trade terms, developed by the non-governmental organization ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) edited in 2010; it also analyzes amendments in the Incoterms of 2010, showing with specific examples the advantages and disadvantages of the adopted rules, offering ideas for its improvement.
