摘要：

Based on a comparative study between the poetics of Hector Rojas Herazo and Giovanni Quessep (whose main theme is the problem of guilt and innocence as a symbolic equivalence) I intend to analyze the mythical-poetic, existencial and cognitive tensions. Taking into account some fenomenological lines of Bachelard's imagination, as well as the Nietzschean suspicions about linguistic representation, I will study two discourses that (under a figure of mythical-religious and tragic-existencialist base) respond to the possibility of salvation or loss by the word through the deconstruction of western punishment imaginaries.
