摘要
The present paper is focused on the analysis of some aspects related to the structure of the school system and of its possibilities to promote an individualized learning. The reflections on the organization of the school as we know it today and its disability to promote an individualized attention of the pupils, lead to the consideration on the limitations that this imposes on the development and promotion of the talent as an indispensable exigency for the social development. Finally some space is devoted to consider talent development and excellence as priorities for the social growth and school improvement.
