摘要：

The Information and Communication Tecnologies (TICs) have changed the way social organizations structure and manage their relationship devices used to reach their publics. The text analyses those devices which the contemporary University employs in order to build its institutional visibility and legitimacy by a comparative study of the websites of three South-Brazilian Universities' international offices.
