摘要
Importance of the research is determined by diversity and variability of corruption that is quite a threat to all the countries however high their social and economic development is. Corruption nowadays is of transnational nature that defines necessity for coordinated application of international and national legal means of corruption fighting. Constitution of the Russian Federation allows direct application of international law regulations by public authorities and also allows plead to these laws by interested natural and legal persons in terms of conflict resolution. Question of corporate criminal responsibility introduction into Russian Criminal Legislation evolved since 1990, however current Criminal Code of the Russian Federation exclude the possibility of criminal responsibility of entities. International anti-corruption Conventional regulations analysis proves necessary implementation of criminal responsibility of entities into Russian criminal legislation. The authors consider reasonable to recognize legal entities as subject of Russian Criminal law. The achieved results may be applied in Russian Criminal Law improvement work considering current theoretical achievements and law enforcement practice.
