摘要：

Modern calls demand creation of effective system of providing and protection of national interests. The system represents a certain quantity of the elements united by an interconnection for ensuring a certain function. In article the structure of system of providing national and economic security is studied. The comparative and legal analysis of elements of system of ensuring national security in Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation is carried out. The role of subjects of providing economic security is noted.
