摘要：

In this article the logical model of interaction of markets of intellectual resources and intellectual capital is presented. Theoretical analysis of essence of this economical phenomenon lets the author to suggest the statistics of calculation of supply of intellectual resources and intellectual capital on the market and underline the main system interrelations of these markets with market of educational services and labor market. The author makes the conclusion that these markets have different elasticity in prices.
