摘要：
The article is devoted to the complex scientific research of the legal nature of the family law liability. The attention is given to the "liability" definition in different aspects. The perspective and retrospective liability is researched in their interrelation with the moral (ethic) liability and legal liability in the family law. The "liability" and "responsibility" notions are compared.
