摘要
The integration of Information Technologies provides new opportunities for teacher training, even though there is no scientific evidence to support this claim. For this reason, this study focuses on verifying whether the use of online-based methodologies is effective when the targets of the training action are conflict management competencies in their "skills" dimension. To this end, we have selected an experimental research design with pretest-posttest measurements, which has as a sample in-service teachers and students from the Master's degree in Secondary Education Teacher Training. The results obtained support the efficacy of this program provided through technology means, which was verified with high satisfaction level. We conclude that the "skills" dimension is improved through the use of blearning and elearning methodologies.
