摘要
A thermodynamic analysis of the process of monolayer electrocrystallization of silver from a thiocyanate solution was conducted. It was shown that with a silver electrode at the equilibrium potential, silver adions are incorporated into the growth steps without activation from the adsorption positions in the sites of inclusion. In the course of monolayer electrocrystallization, the inclusion of adions in the steps requires an essential energy of activation. The potential dependence of the incorporation stage activation energy points to partial discharge of silver adions during the process of including adions in the steps.
