COMPOSITION BASED ON ETHERIFIED WITH N-BUTANOL HYBRID PHENOLFORMALDEHYDE OLIGOMER AS A BINDER FOR MINERAL FILLER

摘要
The mechanical properties of the composite material filled with powdered marble by using a mixture of hybridized phenolformaldehyde oligomer (FFO), etherified with n-butanol and epoxy resin ED-20 as a binder, have been investigated. The FFO, obtained at various weight ratios of resole to novolac - 2: 1, 1: 1, 1: 2 - have been used. Amine hardener, obtained on base of compound bottoms from the production of propylene glycol and hexamethylene diamine have been taken. The laws of dependency properties both a component, mass composition of the binder, and the mass composition of filled materials have been studied
