摘要
This article presents some of the reaches of the relational perspective and the networks approach or Social Networks Analysis (ARs), as well as their theoretical influence in social sciences today. This perspective and approach offer a novel horizon to think the social structure, the formation of identities and the daily life in terms of weaves of relations and social transactions. Some of the contributions and weaknesses of the sociologist Harrison White's proposal are emphasized.
