摘要
The history of intellectual property, is from your origin a history of perplexities, by tension involving between subject and object, not being this extrinsic to that, and lacks physicality, which goes beyond the traditional model of ownership. This results in problems of exercise of the ius excludendi ceteros, and other aspects of regulation. Perplexities are multiplied with the absolute dematerialization of the object and its traffic in the global market that operates in cyberspace.
