The right to education in international law of human rights

the right to education is a fundamental right of the people, which implies the obligation of states of providing it to their citizens. The paper discusses the necessary minimum conditions for that this right may be a fundamental right: availability, accessibility, acceptability and adaptability; approach called "the 4-A". It is also carried out a jurisprudential selection on the same subject, considering particularly the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR).
