摘要
Latex film samples and baby soothers produced from <<Revultex MR>> (RMR) latex bought by the USSR for mass production of baby soothers and <<Revultex LAN>> used in some countries were examined. The content of volatile N-nitrosamines was determined by gas chromatography with chemoluminescent detector, a thermal energy analyzed (USA), using the internal standard - nitrosodipropylamine (NDPA). Extraction was performed by methylene chloride and, parallell, by artificial saliva. Carcinogenic volatile N-nitrosamines were found in <<RMR>> latex film and soothers' samples (nitrosomethylamine, nitrosodiethylamine and very high concentrations of N-nitrosodibutylamine) and in mass produced soothers. The content of N-nitrosodibutylamine in products incase of extraction by saliva attained 6000-mu-g/kg. The N-NA content in <<Revultex LAN>> latex and in its products did not exceed several mu-g/kg. The volatile N-NA content in extracts by saliva increases due, probably, to the endogenous synthesis, depending considerably on the composition of the latex. The formation and content of N-NA during interaction of <<Revultex LAN>>-based film and its products with saliva is insignificant.
