摘要
Contextual analysis is a method for statistically analyzing selection acting at multiple levels in natural populations. In addition to being a statistical procedure, it also provides a conceptual shift in our understanding of selection: It becomes apparent that the mathematical equivalent of group selection is much more common than previously believed.
