摘要
An N-body bound state equation is derived for relativistic field theory using the recently developed on-shell expansion formalism of the effective action. For N greater-than-or-equal-to 4, a novel situation arises in the derivation, but the result is expressed in a compact form for general N. For the non-relativistic case, the equation reduces to the N-particle Schrodinger equation.
