摘要
The development of Mn-Mo steels with Nb solved the problem of creating a material for large-diameter gas pipelines with a strength substantially exceeding that of low-pearlite precipitation hardening steel and retaining high notch toughness and high resistance to brittle fracture. Improvement will depend on simultaneous increases in strength notch toughness, resistance to brittle fracture, and weldability.
