摘要
We present the partial results of an ongoing research, analysing 3 interviews with undergraduates from a university in the north of Brasil who were penalised for "cut and paste" plagiarism in end-of-course assessments. The narratives of these participants shed light on the role of the institutional culture in cases of plagiarism, and show that even after this experience the participants express insecurity on the concept of plagiarism. As a conclusion we subscribe to the idea that "collage" in undergraduates' papers should be considered a pedagogical opportunity to introduce students in the discourses of the academic community.
