摘要：
This paper presents a TLC method for determination of vitamin D-2 from mixtures by using 60 F-254 TLC plates on plastic sheets and n-hexane/ether (9:1) and benzene/chloroform (1:1), as mobile phases for vitamin D-2. The semi-quantitative assay of vitamin D-2 in the conditions given above resulted in a linear regression curve in the field 0.5-10.5 mu g.
