摘要
The purpose of this text is to present a literature review of the studies that present results of research on creativity and innovation in education, particularly, as generic skills in the training of professionals in the past decade. This is a topic of great relevance, because creativity and innovation are key competencies to gain competitive advantages in all fields of knowledge and in all sectors of society. Public policy on University-industry-Government, along with science, technology and innovation, capture the attention of the University on the need for creative and innovative professionals being responsible for the transformation of society; one action which demands the assimilation of these competences in the culture, in the educational context and business, stimulating the paradigm shift and adopting pedagogical models focused on problem solving and decision making.
