摘要：
The optical response of high-ire superconductors (HTSC) in mid- and near-IR region has been investigated by spectroscopic ellipsometry in order to reveal the free carrier contribution. The experimental data have been analyzed in pseudodielectric function (PDF) approximation. A relationship between atomic microstructure and free carrier system has been studied in two groups of HTSC, Bi-based (2212)- type and Tb-doped (123)-type single crystals.
