摘要：
We report a case of a 31 years old woman with recurrent hemothorax at the beginning of mens. Pleural biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of pleural endometriosis. Medical treatment with a Gn-RH analogue failed to cure and we realised surgical pleurodesis.
