摘要
Experimental heat capacity measurements of a variety of agricultural products are presented as a function of their moisture content for the temperature range of 30-90 degree C. A number of values found in the literature are included for comparison. In many cases the agreement is not particularly good, which may be attributed to the method used by other investigators and differences in the samples of the products. Refs.
