This email interview with Frederick Martens, was conducted during 2012 and 2013. It discusses Martens' background, influences, career, current thinking and activities from his early years in New Jersey law enforcement in the 1960s and his directorship of the Pennsylvania Crime Commission during the 1980s and 1990s, through to the present day.
