摘要
One of the most highly researched areas in music therapy is the use of rhythm to provide a timing mechanism for the rehabilitation of gait. The application of rhythm during gait training has been developed into a standardized technique in neurologic music therapy known as Rhythmic Auditory Stimulation (RAS). This paper will review current research on the effects of RAS for gait disturbance of stroke, Parkinson's disease and other rehabilitation populations.
