摘要：

Which are the differences among the different types of globalizacion? Globalization through fundamental rights has its own features. What is the scope of law within the logic of markets, at the European Council and the system of European Convention of Human Rights as well as the interamerican system or in the EU? It is only in the third field that a direct political representation at EU Parliament and a representation of States at the Commision and European Council according to a dual legitimacy exists. There is still great work to be done in the EU regarding political representation, and even more within the EU members. Certain changes in the laws and political culture are required. Just in case, here I have predicted some basic ingredients of liberal and democratic theories of political representation which derives from case law coming from the Constitutional Court and the European Court of Human Rights.
