摘要：
New technologies play a strategic role in the reconfiguration of relations men-men and men-world. Paulo Freire is an important benchmark to reflect on the impact that these technologies have caused. Men should make use of available resources to play their ontological vocation to be subject, in constant transformation of the self and reality. Are enlarged the possibilities of dialogue, contributing to the autonomy and freedom of expression, expanding the horizons of action and reflection. The end of the borders between the literate and illiterate functional Freire is a utopia. The scientific and technological development is a powerful tool in the fight against discrimination and building a fairer and more caring.
