摘要：
This paper discusses the growth in temporary migration and the implications this has for labor organization. The issues of migrant are at the same time personal, political and economic, creating new geographies of employment and new social networks. These are just some of the factors that labor unions need to consider when figuring out strategies to bring these workers into their organizations.
