摘要
University faculty members, especially in business schools, have consistently discussed the role of teaching techniques in conveying knowledge about a set of skills that are needed by their students. This article is an attempt to discover the role that different pedagogical tools, lectures, case studies, simulations, and experiential exercises play in teaching the skill sets needed by young business school graduates. The results show that some forms of pedagogy clearly outperform others in teaching the needed skill set. However, all four of the teaching techniques studied contributed to the required skill set. The results clearly emphasized the effectiveness of using multiple teaching techniques in teaching management skills.
