摘要：

This phenomenological study explored the perceptions of motherhood among mothers of toddlers (N = 13). Four themes emerged from the data: (a) uncertainty of motherhood, (b) mother as a juggler, (c) social context of motherhood, and (d) maternal struggles. The authors discuss implications for family counselors and recommendations for future research.
