摘要：
An isocratic separation of five porphyrin carboxylic acids using conventional mobile phase conditions was achieved on a commercially available gamma-cyclodextrin bonded phase within 30 minutes. The effects of pH, ionic strength, organic modifier as well as the retention and separation mechanisms are discussed. The direct determination of porphyrin levels in blood serum is also discussed.
